Dear Students, Parents, Guardians, Agents, and Individuals,

We are writing to inform you of a cybersecurity incident involving one of our third‑party systems that we use to support our operations.

On 10 February 2026, our third‑party service provider identified a cybersecurity incident involving ransomware affecting a system used by AG Polytronics Pte Ltd (“AGPPL”).

According to AGPPL, they have promptly isolated the affected systems, activated incident response procedures, and engaged independent cybersecurity specialists to support investigative and monitoring efforts. Based on investigations completed to date, no evidence has been identified to indicate that personal data was exfiltrated.

Based on our current assessment, the incident may have involved the following personal data relating to you: name, fin number, contact details. At this time, there is no evidence that your data has been misused.

As a precaution, we recommend that you:

• remain vigilant for any unusual or suspicious messages;

• do not click on unexpected links or share personal information if contacted by unknown parties; and

• notify us immediately if you notice anything unusual relating to your personal data.
